Las opciones desechadas y los puntos de no retorno

Preparando el anterior programa se nos ocurrió dedicar el siguiente (para el pasado ya no quedaba tiempo) a versiones de canciones, y como no es un tema original, nos propusimos complicarnos la vida construyendo un dominó de covers. 
La dinámica es la siguiente: se empieza por la versión que a uno más le guste y se continúa con una versión que el autor original de la cover anterior haya realizado de un tercer artista o banda, y así sucesivamente. Los problemas aparecen conforme se retrocede en el tiempo ya que la posibilidad de encontrar documento sonoro de esas versiones disminuye considerablemente. Algunas listas simplemente se quedaron fuera porque sonaban "peor" que otras (en cuanto a sonido objetivo y gusto subjetivo).
